    Jim is a practicing consultant and highly experienced project manager and facilitator, specialising in helping organisations maximise the business benefits driven by a market orientation. A popular speaker and presenter, he has an ability to motivate audiences, large and small. His down-to-earth approach ensures others can apply the lessons he delivers in their own organisations, ensuring a real return on the investment of time and money on programmes. Jim has a keen interest in measurement and metrics which includes measuring the impact of his management consultancy. His consultancy experience ensures he understands the current challenges facing businesses and has worked in the UK, across Europe and internationally.

    Mick favours the use of challenging indoor and outdoor ‘experiential’ activities, high ropes courses, adventure sports and problem solving exercises, supported by complementary workshops to both explore and develop skills and behaviours required for effective collaboration, leadership, talent planning, change management, conflict resolution and culture bridging. He is passionate about ‘making a difference’ and developing people and believes fundamentally that team and personal development is a mixture of ‘knowledge gain’ and facilitated ‘vocational experience’. Within reason almost any activity or working practice can be used as a foundation for team and personal development. The key to success is anchoring the learning and effectively reflecting this into tangible benefits to be derived in the workplace.

    Matt Arnold has considerable experience in both the private and public sector and has transformed services in many types of environment. After completing his Chartered Accountancy training at KPMG, he moved into an operational role where he began his transformation experience. From there, he moved into the cable telecoms sector, focusing on revenue assurance where he saved £m’s of lost revenue through the introduction of methodical process and education. Matt has, since 2001,  moved into business transformation consultancy, working in telecoms, finance, logistics, contact centres, engineering and public sector environments amongst others where he specialises in Systems Thinking, Lean in the service industry, service transformation, and whole organisation transformation.

    Lindsey is a highly experienced Performance Management Consultant who received her formal training with Aubrey Daniels & Associates Inc in Atlanta in 1994.  Since then she has implemented Performance Management processes in a wide variety of industries and sectors from Financial Services to Utilities to Retail to Pharmaceuticals to Hospitality. Lindsey has worked with Executive teams for many leading brands and continues to operate globally as a Senior Consultant at MadAbout.

    Mandy is a highly skilled, international learner-centred facilitator & coach with extensive experience in a wide range of industries including sales, recruitment, contact centres the travel sector and financial services and has designed and delivered programmes for agents through to CEOs.  Vivacious and fun, Mandy has had key involvement with many major projects and has built lasting relationships with clients and associates.  A highly skilled personal coach, Mandy is also an NLP Master Practitioner.

    Simon was goalkeeper for the Great Britain Field Hockey team and competed in three Summer Olympics for Great Britain in 1996, 2000 and 2004. He is now Managing Director of Mercian Sports Company a specialist field hockey equipment company. Simon has been President of the England Hockey Board, a member of the Executive Board for the European Hockey Federation and stood on the Athlete Committees for both the International Hockey Federation and LOCOG, the Organising Committee for the London Olympic Games. Simon brings his understanding of high performance environments; his first hand experience of motivation, drive, commitment, team work in a competitive sporting environment provides a fascinating reflection for the business world.
