Corporate Adventure

For our Leadership, Management, Personal Development and Team elements, we sometimes (where appropriate) use Corporate Adventure.

This means that the programmes are designed to explore individual limits and identify barriers to self-development within a group context. The programme encourages risk taking, trust building, and the development of personal vision and commitment to organisational goals and values. These programmes provide an opportunity to explore new roles, talk about common concerns, practice teamwork and collaboration, and develop a sense of shared meaning and purpose.

We use the outdoors to help us do this.

Outdoor activities such as caving, abseiling, ropes courses, climbing, orienteering and peak ascents are experiential mediums for developing these capacities in an action-oriented setting.

“Help our leaders to lead and our managers to manage”. We are often asked to help organisations deal with these important issues. The use of an outdoor environment and links back into the classroom help solve this conundrum.

Theory is important, but so is practice. MadAbout trainers know just how to strike the right balance.
